We only get one body so we must take care of it. I’ve watched too many people dear to my heart pay the price for a lifetime of self indulgance.
I lived a good many years of my life that way, as well, resulting in early onset arthritic pain, a battle with obesity, and crazy hormonal imbalance. I changed my eating and exercise habits about twelve years ago, and much to my surprise, it only took about 3 months of healthy choices to reverse all these issues.

Much to my surprise I was able to achieve this success with simple changes and without sacrificing flavor and without dieting. I made dietary changes but I never went on an actual restrictive diet. In most cases, I simply swapped healthy, whole food ingredients for the toxic, chemically processed ingredients that were wreaking havoc on my body.
These simple changes have made such an impact on my quality of life that one of my great passions is to share the changes I made with as many others as possible.
